I have a friend, Colleen, who had surgery two weeks ago to clear up an annurism in her brain. She still has not come out of the coma and during surgery suffered another major stroke. We are getting very concerned. She is one of the cooks at Camp Hope where she and her husband cook for our Youth Camp and at the main lodge. Please pray for Colleen. She is probably in her 50s. The doctors are still hoping she will come out of the coma.

She still hasn't come out of the coma though they are trying to bring her out. Doesn't sound good.

I WILL still be praying for Colleen and her husband

I heard this morning that Colleen came out of the coma and even waved at some friends who were visiting. She still cannot talk and communicate much yet though. Still needs all the prayers she can get!
DARLENE

WELL praise GOD FOR working on her

This morning we had a report on Colleen. It looked like on Friday that she was coming out of the coma and things were improving. The next day however, she regressed and is still in the coma and not doing well. Tomorrow she will have been in a coma for three weeks. It's a very sad situation......
DARLENE

WELL I am still praying for her

Thanks, I'm sure Colleen and her whole family will appreciate all the prayers sent heavenward on their behalf.
Last night a couple from my workplace went in to see Colleen. She is still in the coma and was not getting enough food so they put a tube directly into her stomach. Then she started vomitting. They have stopped that but, she is not doing well at all.

What will happen to her? The doctors do not know. We will have to continue prayer for her.

YES I will still pray for her

On Sunday, Colleen's heart stopped but, they were able to reviver her again and she is no longer on a respirator. What does the future hold? No one knows. She needs our prayers but her husband really needs our prayers. He is having a very difficult time.
DARLENE

YES I will continue to pray for both Colleen and her husband.

Thanks. I know that if Colleen does not recover she will be missed greatly by our Youth Camp at Camp Hope. She and her husband have cooked there for the past couple of years.
In the past few days, Colleen had further surgery and is not doing well at all. Still in a coma.
