HEY ALL
well I read an article about foods that help heal the body.
THEY WILL BE LISTED BELOW:
the 1st food on the list was cranberries.
Drinking cranberry juice 2 times a day will decidedly
reduce urinary infections in women.
the 2nd food on the list was oatmeal.
Oatmeal not only cuts out bad cholesterol but also
lowers the risk of high blood pessure---type 2 diabetes--
and weigh gain.
the 3rd food on the list was soybeans.
IN a study a compound in soy beans slashed hot flashes
by 52% in a group of menopasal women.
the 4th food on the list was legumes.
IN a study it showed that eating legumes(peanuts---dry beans
especially soy beans) would cut the risk of type 2 diabetes
by 40 %.
the 5th food on the list was fish oil.
IN a study it showed that omega-3 in fish oil, especially its
DHA component, protects brain cells. DHA helps prevent damage
that leads to Alzheimer"s.
I am sure all these food will work to help the body.
I am also sure that we can get omega-3 in other foods
than just fish oil.
it makes me want to go out and get cranberry juice---
oatmeal----soybeans---peanuts and other dry beans.
