Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of god, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. Philippinas 4:6,7

You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on You, because he trusts in You. Isaiah 26:3

Therefore I say to you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; not about your body, what you will put on. Is not life more than food and the body more than clothing?

Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?

Which of you by worrying can add one cubit to his statue?

So why do you worry about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow: they neither toil nor spin; and yet I say to you that even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.

Now if God so clothes the grass of the field, which today is, and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? Therefore do not worry, saying "What shall we eat?" or "What shall we drink?" or "What shall we wear?"

For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. Matthew 6:25-32

I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; for You alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety. Psalm 4:8

My God shall supply all you need according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19

When you lie down, you will not be afraid; yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet. Proverbs 3:24

THESE are good for us to remember

we must remember that above the distraction
of this world GOD sits upon HIS THRONE.

Even though we know God sits on His throne, we still worry too much. I think it's trust that we need to develop; trust in His power and not our own.

YES I think some people worry more than other
but we all wonder about the out come

Sometimes I think worrying is a personality trait. The melancholy personality type are worriers. My father as one of those. Always worrying. They/we need a special connection with God to stop worrying. Need to claim the promises given above!
