Today in the Places to Visit section of this forum I posted a place called Silver Hills Make Over and Spa. And in this post I am entering Silver Hills Bakery which is located in Abbotsford. Both have their beginning in the Lumby area of British Columbia and both are owned and operated by Adventist families. Silver Hills Bakery makes excellent bread which I eat all the time. Their bread in not made with flour, well not in the form that we think of as flour but rather some type of spouted wheat. It is very healthy and tasty bread. You can check out their website here:

Yes! It is good and healthy. They have an outlet at the bakery where one can buy bread for less than in the stores. The bakery is about 5 miles from my house. So.....if you come our way, we will share some of this bread with you or you can go and buy your own. :- )

Their products must cover quite an area because when my brother was at my place this weekend he said in Portland, OR they buy their bread all the time. So, if you live in the Pacific Northwest you can probably get Silver Hills Bread.
