HEY ALL
Mothers who watch what they eat while pregnant can help
prevent asthma and allergies in their children, says a new
study from the University of Crete, Greece. Pregnant women
who ate a high-quality diet were more likely to have children
free of asthma and allergies.
the prenatal diet that warded off asthma and allergies
were vegetables 8 times a week, fish 3 times a week,
and legumes at least 3 times a week.
the study said if a pregnant women eats red meat more
than 3 times a week is more likely to have children that
have asthma and allergies
it is amazing that more and more studies show that red
meat is not healthy and to eat more vegetables
I AM also sure that a person does not have to eat fish
