This website is a surprise to me. It's called Christian Graphics Links and is on an It Is Written website in the Okanagan Valley, looks like in Kelowna. I'm not really sure it should be under Card Ministry though it does have some ecards. (I was born and raised in the Okanagan Valley not too far from Kelowna
