Today was a very strange day! This morning I woke up thinking that it was Friday. I slept one hour longer than I normally do on a work day, didn't take a shower and instead of washing my hair put it up in a barret at the back, put on blue jeans and a sweat shirt and left for work. (Usually only one or two people come to work on Friday) When I arrived at work an hour later than normal and saw all the cars in the parking lot I was really puzzled! Normally there are usually only one or two there on a Friday morning. I couldn't figure out why and thought there much be a Conference board meeting or something, When I walked into the office everything looked like an ordinary work day. It suddenly dawned on me that it was, it was Thursday! 
What made me like this? For one thing, my mother died last evening at 7 p.m. and for another, I'm on call should the alarm at the office go off and it did last night at 2:45 a.m. I drove to the office and when I got there it was beeping. I checked out the building to find many of the lights on, and my secretary's light up picture rotating. Couldn't find out why it went off though. I reset the alarm and went home to crawl back into bed. (Found out today that the power had gone out and that set the alarm off.)
Anyway.....it was a strange day and I'm glad that the Lord helped me make it through!
