Outside it already feels like autumn. It's nice and sunny but cool so tomorrow I'm going to take advantage of the sun and cool and go to work at Camp Hope to fix and paint the two outdoor two-sided bulletin boards on the campgrounds. They're filled with staples which I'll pull, then fill the holes and paint them. They are quite large so I suspect it will take me most of the day.

Oh, well...I believe that if you see something needs to be done, don't complain....do it! So, that's what I'm doing. The Camp has supplied the paint, however, so that's good. I am supplying most of the other. Even if no one else notices that they are done, I will. No more holes and staples. Very Happy

Well.....I'm not sure I should call today a blessing or not. It was one very, very long day and 'yes' I did come home with paint on me. But more than paint on me is crack filler dust.

Today one idea that I have learned before is 'don't trust a sales person to tell you the truth.' Well....not always. I would prefer to trust someone who has used the product before themselves. Why do I say that? I say that because the crack filler I bought to put on the bulletin boards was too hard. I spent half the day sanding the crack filler instead of painting. In the end the bulletin boards look okay but, if I would have had a softer filler the work would have been completed in half the time.

So......I'm getting to bed early tonight - 9 o'clock. If I don't I'm ready to sleep walk. Wink
